This was a case study from chapter 13 about emotions. Case study are questions that students answer to know they understand the concepts of each question. After reading the chapter students should be able to answer these questions. We have to analyze and come up with psychological explanations for the situations. These questions were about peoples' emotions and their thoughts. The questions involve knowledge of the theories of emotions, catharsis, and adaption-level phenomenon.
This assignment was different from others because we had to analyze our own lives for a week. We had to write about what made us happy or upset throughout the day. I found it hard to keep track of it and I'm sure it's not very accurate but I mostly have negative emotions

This assignment was a case study from chapter 8 about learning. This was a series of questions asking about how to teach or how people learn. This assignment was hard because there were so many ways of teaching explaining all of them was hard. Explaining how each person learns a response was difficult to explain too. I didn't do that well on the test for this chapter.
